DISC personalities
today we got back our DISC report which we did weeks ago...and we have to pay 28 bucks for it...stingy jia chang was always complaining about that...and my results are I=3.31, S= .00, C=-2.62, D=-3.31....
i'm an 'I' person...Influencing...Inspiring...Great encourager/motivator...communicator...wah so crap...it doesnt sound like me...
i always thought i'm the one being influenced...and i'm motivated by flattery?? it's not true...i dont like ppl to be fake and tell me lies...and i'm not that kind of person who talks and talks and talks...
hmm maybe i am without me realising...or maybe that's what i want or try to be...who knows...i thought i was a 'S' person...coz i dont really like changes...but yet...i dont like too much routine...oh man...i dont even know myself...lolx...
seriously i dunno what kind of person i am...hmm does that matter seriously?? i dunno...but all i know is i dont think i have done anything in the wrong...and that's most impt ba...hahaz but if i'm a 'S' person i can be nurse le...but i think the main thing i cant sacrifice is the routine ba..i dun really like too much of a routine...
and i have exactly the same personality type as augus...cant believe it man...i'm like so different from augus...anyone can tell that...we have different strengths and weaknesses ba...hmm if only i'm as intelligent as him....
then our class have quite a no. of 'SC' ppl too...all the Mother Teresa...jia chang and visoth are the 'SC' guys lor...not bad sia..think these kind of ppl are those gentle de...very si wen one...christine and carmen oso liddat ar...lolx...
and boonie...surprisingly is a 'DC' person...i nv expect that...yes i know she was a 'C' person...but i thought itz more of a 'SC'...but anyway...boonie's character v unique...not many ppl have one wor...and she needs a 'I' person like me to be her encourager...lolx...actually both of us can learn alot of things from each other...she's those v organised person and pay alot of attention to details...and i can learn that from her...and maybe with me around...she'll loosen abit...lolx...coz i'll make her do stupid things...lolx...
and realise that most 'D' person i know are not SLs...the SLs are mainly 'I' ppl...hmm that's the trend i realise....ppl like terence and iok khai has 'D' lor...imagine if they were to be leaders...what would the world be like...hmm scary....
and coach winny didnt come today...she's so sweet u know...still buy us chocolates..and despite being with us only for an hour she wrote a note for us...and she remembered some of the ppl...and their nicknames too...she's so cute!!! this type of ppl are good...but too bad she isnt here today..otherwise shijie will be so horny again...lolx..but today's coach abit weird...make our class very not lively..but who cares...i got my report anyway...
yes...i like analysing this type of things...lolx...knowing ppl's personality is fun!! jus that i'm abit sadded by my results...coz it doesnt seem to really reflect me i feel...lolx...well mus keep an open mind about it...
